Brian leads many weekend meditation retreats around BC and elsewhere each year. Weekend residential retreats are held about once a month, as well as single-day retreats and workshops. Most retreats are silent which help to build meditative peace and concentration but talking is allowed during lecture periods.
The retreats do not involve the long hours of meditation typical for Vipassana boot camps and we ensure that meditation schedules and duration fit with the interests and needs of the group. Saturday nights are often the most lively and engaged open discussion sessions.
