A Letter to Normies – Introduction
by Diane Chase
I wrote “A Letter to Normies” as a response to an email message from a relative. I also made videos of this at a talk with The Brian Ruhe Show Group, at: A Letter to Normies Part One – White Guilt and Feminism
A Letter to Normies Part Two – Satanism and the Talmud
This woman had read an email I had sent to her husband (it is a work email address that they share) about an anti-feminist professor who was going to speak at the University of British Columbia. The professor is Janice Fiamengo. I had never heard of her so after I watched an online interview with her, I forwarded it to the woman’s husband. This woman watched part of the interview but got very angry. She sent me a message back that she did not agree with this professor and that she would not be a university professor if it wasn’t for feminists. She sent me a definition of feminism and historical information on the first woman in Canada to attend a university, and about women not getting the right to vote until 1922.
A few days later she sent me a less heated email message. She wrote, that her husband thought she was harsh in her response to me about the anti-feminist and that she did not intend to be. Then she goes on to say that she has been following the Democratic nomination for the last couple of year and there is one candidate that she likes, Andrew Yang. One of his policies is a guaranteed monthly income for every adult which would rejuvenate communities where people spend money.
In the letter to this couple, I include a lot of book titles as they are both avid readers and they are in the business of buying and selling books. Also, the woman is very political so I do provide political information in the letter, too, along with my personal views about Trump and Yang.
