This is the first time I’ve commented on Richard Dolan, as the dean of University Galacticus. Richard just gave a talk on April 5th, 2024 about the ethics with ETs and this is a private talk, in the sense that you have to be a member of Richard Dolan members at https://richarddolanmembers.com/ in order to watch it. I recommend that you spend the $10 a month or whatever it is. I’ve been a member for years, I don’t know how long and he gives great insights!
So first, I want to comment on his view and give my take on it. I’ll include a bit of his words below. He wrote to me personally saying, Brian, please don’t send us out my member’s only links on mass emails, but you can send it to one friend. So, this is the quote from Richard, below.
Richard Dolan:
“I think we live inside the world of our ideas all the time, now. And I could see, it would be very disruptive and very possibly destructive for an alien species to just to come down, make their presence known to us humans, maybe less so, now, then 1000 years ago.
That’s an interesting thing to discuss but the point being, I could see that there would be a galactic ethic, that would be against interference with another species’ development. That it would be like a crime. But I could also see, because I don’t really think necessarily that alien civilizations have got everything figured out in terms of ethics, either; I can easily imagine rogue ET species out there or elements, rogue elements that would want to covertly manipulate a developing species. Yeah, I’m just tossing this out as an idea. We’re just playing a little mental game here.
But could there be rogue ET species or elements that would be engaged in this type of activity. And that might be one reason, another reason, for the kind of cloak and dagger element that a lot of these aliens seem to do. They are very elusive, if nothing else. So, it’s possible also, that there would be an interest that these other ETs have in various aspects of our development, whether for truly altruistic goals, like i.e. they see the potential and they see the danger, and they want to steer us toward our better potential, and steer us away from the greater dangers. I could see that there have been a number of interactions, alleged interactions, where this might have been the case…”
So, that’s the quote above, from Richard Dolan that I chose from that 50 minute talk of his. He’s a great resource, by the way, he’s actually a great man, we shouldn’t take him for granted, I think. After studying this for 30 years, he’s at a level where he can just sit down twice a week and speak practically off the top of his head or with notes, but he’s a great resource that you should avail yourself of. People like Richard Dolan are rare. He’s special. He’s a great asset. You know, I love the guy. He does great work. I agree with a lot of his stuff but we have a different emphasis and some points of view that are different.
I’m commenting specifically on what he said in this talk, where I largely agree on the idea that there could be something like a Star Trek “Prime Directive” where the ETs cannot overtly interfere. I agree with that. I agree with the idea of not overtly interfering but covertly, they can be trying to work with us behind the scenes to improve our lot in life.

Higher realm beings are taking rebirth as humans and they’ll assume leadership positions in a good way and kind of turn the tables on the negative people who are dominating this planet. He said that around the date 1658 is when the negative reptilians came to dominate at the City of London. Of course, I think a reptilian presence has been here for 1000s of years but I’d like to look at key dates when society changed so say from around the mid 1600s Reptilians have been dominating our Western world at least. Of course, the Greys are aware of everything going on, since they are much higher beings. Then, around 1850 is the entrance point of the Greys and the mantids, while the mantids are the deciders- instructing the Greys. They decided to intervene and at that time, humans on planet Earth were just using horses and buggies. Look where we are now.
I think the magic is the Greys who have been working behind the scenes and developing us. I believe that we should not have full UFO Disclosure. That’s too shocking. And we shouldn’t have a breakdown of this idea of the Prime Directive. But behind the scenes, sure, they should be guiding humanity.
