Since Dec. 1, 2019 I have been doing a new bhummi deva practice. I learned this from Ajahn Punnadammo’s book The Buddhist Cosmos. A bhummi deva is a lower, tree deva and the Buddha approved of the practice of relating with them. You can ask them to help you.
