Does Buddhism Describe Under Ocean Reptilian Bases?

In the UFO community there is discussion on the net about underground bases all over the world and under the ocean floor. They are believed to be inhabited by reptilians and other aliens such as greys and some have humans working with these aliens. These underground bases are made by aliens, some by humans and some made by both or with alien technology shared with people.

What did the Buddha say about all of this? There is a new book, The Buddhist Cosmos by Punnadhammo Mahathera which goes into detail describing the environments of nagas. A naga is a snake or serpent-like being in Buddhist cosmology. It is a deva in the lowest heaven but it is also classified as a type of animal. One of their most defining characteristics is that they are shapeshifters. They can take on human form and other forms as well. Many Buddhists believe that they are what people have seen as sea serpents, dragons or reptilians.

One area where Buddhism overlaps with ufology and reptilians is the belief that nagas could be reptilians and these are the reptilians who supposedly project the human form of some members of the global elite such at the Rothschilds, the royal families and key people in world politics, banking, media and entertainment. David Icke opened this up 20 years ago with his book, The Biggest Secret.

Here, I am focusing particularly on underground bases with reptilians and humans working together.

In my worldview posted at https://www.brianruhe.ca/courses/ I point out that there are over 500 YouTube videos if you search for “Reptilians working with the government in underground bases”. The Buddhist connection is what the scriptures say about nagas. In The Buddhist Cosmos on page 169 it states,

“Another magical aspect of nagas is the nature of their dwelling places. These are usually underwater: in lakes, ponds, rivers or the ocean. However, the water seems to serve more as a gateway to the naga realm than as an actual abode. Furthermore, the descriptions of naga realms, although usually entered via a river or a lake, do not sound at all submarine. There are versus spoken in praise of the beauty of the naga world in a few Jatakas (e.g. Jat 506 & 524) and they mention mango-groves, flocks of birds, even lakes and ponds.

On the other hand, there does seem to be something watery about nagas. They are listed among the dwellers in the great ocean, (AN 8:19) and the commentary says that their palaces (vimana) are on the crest of the ocean waves, (AN-a 8:19) which also high-lights the magical and illusory character of the whole naga world.”

On page 169 it also states, “The Buddha then told the monks that a naga will always revert to his natural form when falling asleep, or when having sexual relations with another naga”. In David Icke’s book he refers to cases of people having sex and seeing their partner transform into a reptilian during the sex act. This supports the idea that reptilians are living among us looking like people.

So, is the description of the underwater naga space possibly reptilian underwater bases below the ocean? Or do the Buddhist suttas and commentaries describe a heavenly existence that is more like a fourth dimension and not a physical space like an underground base below the lakes, rivers and oceans? I hope more Buddhist monks and others can shed some light on this because the reptilians are an important hinge in my worldview.
