It has taken me about sixty-one years to develop a conceptual framework in my mind of how the power structure exists. I’ve talked about this in previous videos, and I’ll be dwelling upon this in future videos. I just want to summarize it for you here. I feel that the power structure on earth, through human beings, is influenced by aliens. In the big picture, I have a conceptual framework of this region of the Milky Way galaxy. I don’t understand how the whole galaxy works. I don’t understand our galaxy’s relationships with other galaxies, and what goes on in other galaxies, but I have some sense of—I don’t want to say certainty, but some conviction, and confidence about the power structure in this region of our galaxy. So this is it, I feel that there’s a type of Federation of Planets, and they relate to the earth predominantly through the Grey aliens, at the front of it. There’s also Mantids, which are seen with them, and there’s white Nordics, and there’s good, and bad reptilians. There could be 160 different varieties of Greys. But the important thing, my understanding is they work together in any organizational structure, like a Universal Governing Body, or Federation of Planets, or Supreme Galactic Council. Whatever you want to call it; it’s not independent aliens having a relationship with earth coming here, each doing their own thing independently. I feel that there is a centralized governing body, which says yes, or no and has some control over this. This is very important, because I think what’s confusing, when you follow other people, many say there’s a variety of aliens with different agendas. I would say there’s many types of aliens, and some have different agendas, but they’re governed by one federation, one collective; so there’s order and structure. And I feel it’s governed by wisdom, so I feel that the structure that I’m aware of, that we know of, is at the high end are the Mantids, so the Mantids are above the Greys, they’re like the project managers for the galaxy, for each solar system, and for planet earth. And the tall greys carry out their instructions; then there’s the shorter Greys, working with the tall Greys, and then there’s the White Nordics, or Pleiadians that work with them, but it’s a hierarchical structure. Hierarchy is very important and every society works within a hierarchy. Anarchy doesn’t work so well, does it? So, I dwell on what’s the nature of this hierarchical structure? I feel this is essential to get some understanding of—also my Buddhist training for thirty-one years helps, because in Buddhism, we defer to the wise. We place great value on who we believe are the wise. Buddha taught

“You shouldn’t be concerned about what other people think, but you should be concerned about what the wise think.”

So in my studies—I’m not dwelling too much now on proof. I mean, I feel evidence, or proof, that’s other peoples’ job to provide that, but to be responsible, I should refer to evidence, or any proof in future videos, and I’ve done that in past videos, but that’s not primarily my job. I’m a big picturist. I’m talking about the conceptual framework, the result of my studies, and contemplation, and so forth, so I’m sort of giving you the result of that; although it’s good to refer to evidence, and proof, when you can. So as a Buddhist, I’m really concerned about who are the wise, listening to wise and following the guidance of the wise. What I’ve learned from experiencers of the Grey aliens is that the Mantids are the wisest. And then there’s ancient Greys, who are very wise, and it’s a hierarchical structure culture and society that follows the wise. An ancient society, maybe they’re a billion years, half a billion years or millions of years older than we are but they’re a structured, collective society.

They use telepathy to communicate; that means people aren’t hiding nasty secrets from each other. They’re probably a quite open, and honest society governed by the wise, so quite Utopian from our point of view. Perhaps even beyond our understanding of what Utopian could be, since they’re far higher in IQ, and wiser. So I defer to this, I feel this would be a better form of leadership for this world than the current human leadership we have with the New World Order, which is against the masses, against ordinary people, and selfish, and harmful. So I would definitely prefer a wholesome alien leadership for the world. I think the actual evidence of what’s really happening is that since about the 1850s, or the late 1800s, the Grey aliens, on behalf of a Federation of Planets, have come to earth, and they’ve decided to guide our civilization. So they’ve basically taken ahold of human destiny, and they’ve been shaping it, and guiding it their way, like decent parents. They made us. They brought us here so it makes sense that they should take some responsibility for their progeny. People get upset if you say that the Greys originally created humanity. I don’t have any belief about which aliens first brought us here. I believe that aliens did but maybe it wasn’t the Greys, way back when. I don’t know. Not too important a question, for me. What matters is who is in control today.

Bringing innovators, say in the late 1890s, perhaps Nikola Tesla. He was born in 1858. He may be one of these people; and they’ve had a hand in bringing up our civilization, because civilization was basically horses carrying buggies for a thousand years or more. And then since the late 1800s, we’ve really exploded with this technological advancement. So I feel this is due to the leadership of the aliens. So I’m an advocate for this; I think what is actually happening is there was a secret CIA document referred to by Linda Moulton Howe, stating that 30% of the world’s population now, are hybrids. I think we’re in a gradual program over five-hundred years or more, to hybridize the human population to create an end result of humans being a hybrid between the Grey aliens, and what are today Homo Sapiens-Sapiens. So in the future, like five-hundred years from now, the result will be a hybrid with more of a Homo Sapien-Sapien look, but with a hybrid Grey alien type of mind, psychic capacity, spiritual capacity, with more of a focus on spiritual development. So I feel in this… the society of the Greys, there’s a big focus on their spiritual development, using technology for that, so after sixty-one years, I feel a conceptual framework of the whole flow of power. Down from the mantis aliens to the Greys, the shorter Greys, and other aliens. I think they work through the human power structure of our governments, I think at least since the 1950s, our governments have not only been aware of this, but involved to some extent, controlled by the Grey alien agenda.

I feel there’s also good, and bad reptilians, and some of the negative reptilians also exert some control, say over the bankers. The Rothschild’s, whoever the New World Order is; I feel there’s negative control by negative aliens, I think, the reptilians. But I also think there’s good control by the good aliens. The Greys, who are the front for the Federation of Planets, also have some control over governments. This is mysterious to me- the mixture of good, and bad; and I think all of that is governed by the law of karma. So this is very, very significant in my view. The law of karma governs and has control over the mantids, the Greys, all the aliens, human beings, all beings in the universe. So I think the law of karma can explain the injustices, which we see in our world, the injustices carried out by human beings, by the New World Order. And these wise, benevolent aliens don’t stop this, because it’s our karma; our karma plays out in this world, good and bad. There’s suffering, and people learn from their suffering. This is just the law of karma. It’s something beyond the aliens. So it’s not their job to intervene, and take care of us like children. Say we’re like their younger brothers, and sisters. They can’t just do things for us, and take care of us. We have to learn from our own mistakes and learn from this reality and deal a lot with karma; some people live happy lives, and they grow, and they develop spiritually. Other people get worse. It’s a whole variety. So the law of karma is what’s above all this, so I think the law of karma explains why there’s good, and bad aliens; and why the good aliens don’t stop the bad aliens, and all of that. I think the ultimate reason for that is above the aliens. It is the law of karma. So I feel if you have a real conviction, and belief and understanding of the law of karma, you don’t worry so much about questions like “Why?” Why is this injustice happening? Or, why don’t they intervene, and fix this? It’s like asking the question of why does God allow suffering in the world. The law of karma pretty much explains all that.

My basic point here is the structure of power. In this region of the Galaxy, there’s a Federation of Planets, there’s an organization among many aliens. They’ve had a relationship with earth for hundreds of millions, probably billions of years. And what I’m concerned about particularly in this essay is our political structural power since the 1800s. I feel they made a decision to guide our civilization, to uplevel our civilization to bring us onward to introduce us to this community, the Galaxy of other planets, other beings, other dimensions. This is a trajectory we’re on, and the goal is to create a hybrid human being; a hybrid of Greys, and Homo Sapiens-Sapiens. So this is where we’re going in the hundreds of years to come. I feel this is the biggest issue in the world. More people should be talking about this and I feel in the field of UFOs, aliens, ufology, there’s too much distraction on too many details, or dead ends, or just another sighting, or lies and deliberately false accounts. So I think people are being misled in the UFO community, it’s often controlled by the New World Order themselves, who are trying to misdirect us. And I think at the big UFO conferences, that’s also controlled by the New World Order. Some of the best minds, and best speakers are pushed to the side, aren’t that famous. So I feel my role is to tell the truth, and emphasize more, this big picture, this big conceptual framework, and bring in video guests who will support this.

This is where I’m going with this. I want guests who know a lot more than me. Guests with more wisdom, more knowledge, more leadership, to go in this direction, and talk about this theme. This is my update on where my thoughts are, where I’m going. I feel the aliens are aware of the New World Order of course, and I think they’re doing something about it. I believe they’re developing more capable and virtuous children through inter-generational development. Greater psychic powers, higher ethics, who will in a sense infiltrate the New World Order from within, and turn things around. I think they have a plan, and it’s working. But I think our role is to at least raise awareness about this. We should tell others about this whole big world view, this whole structure of power, and how we’re a part of this, and we should look for ways to participate in this, support this. Certainly raising awareness is one of the best ways to support this. What’s significant is there’s this higher power above us with the aliens. I think if we’re just left to our own devices on earth, we human beings, then it’s checkmate. The New World Order is so powerful, they’ve pretty much locked down the world, and they’ve got us under control. They can print trillions of dollars every week to hire all of the shills they need to betray us, to do whatever they want. So I think it’s, without Alien help, it’s actually hopeless. It’s lost. It’s checkmate. It’s lost; that’s my view.

So I am optimistic, because I feel there is alien assistance. The Grey aliens, the Federation of Planets, do have a benevolent intention, and they’re working slowly, intuitively. They think in terms of a thousand years. Over five-hundred years, over a thousand years, they will make changes. I think over the last 170 years, since 1850, they have been working their agenda on us. They decided it’s time for another upgrade. So this is my view, and it’s a hypothesis. I’m always trying to refine my view, hone my view. We’ll see what changes over time. It’s changed over the last ten years, since I’ve started making videos. But I encourage you to investigate this, get involved, and develop a conviction about this. If you feel it’s true, connect with me, and raise awareness, and we should develop a group, and move forward in this direction, because this is the biggest issue in the world. This is the big picture, and we’re a part of the big picture; and it’s very encouraging to think that there’s a higher power; there’s aliens above us, like God. We’re basically just tuning into what’s already going on. We’re tuning into what they’re already doing, and supporting that, so we have that higher cover, that higher protection. This is tremendously significant. If you compare that to just little cells of us here, and there, you know, we’re not really allowed to get organized. We’re always broken up by the vast powers that shouldn’t be; so I think of in terms of law of karma.

The New World Order, the Cabal, the elite – they’ve got a lock down of the earth. They’re controlling billions of people, controlling the world. So what’s happening, because of the law of karma, is that most people are good people. They don’t deserve to be enslaved, or subjugated, or killed off. So what happens is a higher organizational structure that’s good, and wholesome, the Grey aliens, the Federation of Planets, comes above the Cabal, the New World Order, and subdues them, and controls them, because that’s the law of karma. That’s fair, so the law of karma has caused this, or allowed this to happen. So you have this negative structure controlling humanity, then a more wholesome, positive structure comes, and overcomes that. I think the process in the future is they’re working from within to topple this New World Order to bring freedom to the world. And also tremendous spiritual development, a whole transformation of mankind into hybrids- the new human. And they want to do this behind the scenes. If they openly show themselves, they feel it would just scare humanity too much. People can’t handle the truth. I mean, those of us involved in the UFO community, we want it, and we want disclosure. We want the truth, because we’ve been at this for many years, but we have to remember billions of people aren’t into this, they don’t know about it; it’d be too much of a shock. Suzy Hansen says that millions of people don’t even think about space. And really, I feel we have to defer to the wisdom of the Greys. The wisdom of these ancient Greys, who say,

“No, we have to move slowly, intuitively. We can’t just give full disclosure now.”

So I’m basically deferring to their wisdom. And yes, like the Buddha was saying in the Mangala sutta, the discourse on highest blessings. He said,

“The third highest blessing in life is to give honour to those worthy of honour.”

And he said,

“You should listen to the wise.”

So I defer to the wisdom of the wise and I feel the Greys have wisdom; their guidance is wise, and I defer to that. And I want to relate to my audience, who’s not really into UFOs, and aliens. I guess most of them are into other subjects; more down to earth subjects- historical topics, political, and New World Order topics. Like I said, I understand many are disappointed. I want to be kind to them, explaining my reasons for my change. Back in 2009, I founded the Vancouver UFO Meetup. This is how I discovered all of these political things, like the way the world really works. I discovered it through this Meetup but I never lost my interest in UFOs, So I feel I should be kind, and patient, and understanding with all of the comments from people who are disappointed in my direction. I have my four top priorities about what I believe are the most important truths in the world. I have to maintain a high standard of truth; therefore, a high standard of ethics. Ethical standard. So I feel this is what I have to say, I have to go in this direction. So, sorry if I’ve disappointed some of you. I’ll try to be polite enough. Sometimes I’ve just been very brief in the comments, but I feel I should be kind to you. I shouldn’t be rude to you. If you’re rude to me in the comments, I should still be patient, and kind towards you.
