University Galacticus venture

with Brian Ruhe and others

I’ve been working with a few others on a project, since December 29, 2022. We are part of a channeling group and we have been meeting for a few months. This includes a woman A., who channels an entity, Betelgeuse, who has given us our best ideas.

The project that we are being guided to create here on Earth is called University Galacticus (UG), which has an existing analog university in higher dimensions as well as in a mothership dedicated to its purpose orbiting around the Earth at this time. Our job is to create the University Galacticus – Terra branch for students to become the advance cadre of humans trained in advanced techniques of conscious evolution, conflict resolution, negotiation, peace keeping and diplomacy.

Our guides – a group of non-physical, higher dimensional beings and incarnated E.T.s – have recommended that we reach out to key thinkers, academics and experiential researchers to form a human advisory board for UG.

University Galacticus concept

University Galacticus (UG) is a concept/project which has several purposes:

1) A cultural exchange project between people and E.T.s.

2) We should decouple fear from the E.T./ human relationship. Conflict resolution, peace work, negotiation and communication skills. These are not naturally-occurring features in the human species. We need to dial down the tension and fear created around the idea of aliens. (A possible model is the UN Peace University in Costa Rica, which has courses on negotiation, peace studies and conflict resolution.)

3) Journalism is described as the fifth estate, with a specific role of finding and exposing the truth for society. Through the UG curriculum and research programs, we would create the “sixth estate comprised of humans trained in the conflict resolution, cross-cultural diplomacy that will clearly be needed on a world-wide basis once publicly-disclosed Contact is made. We need to create a cadre of people who are in the correct mindset of non-confrontation, de-escalation, problem solving, sharing ideas and acceptance. An analogy provided by Betelgeuse, one of the primary beings behind the UG project, was to contrast the approach of American law enforcement to their British counterparts. The American model is to use overwhelming force to subdue a perceived threat – and ask questions later. The English Bobby, on the other hand, routinely does their duty without even carrying a firearm and is trained to understand the intention and level of threat and deescalate conflict as a way to reduce tension and maintain the peace. It is the second model, that of the English Bobby, that is the model for the University Galacticus approach to how humans must interact with their E.T. interlocutors.

4) University Galacticus would have different campuses and work with other universities and groups. University Galacticus is an umbrella organization for different curricula- not a top down institution. We ask experts in a variety of fields of E.T.-related studies to help us define the mission statement, curriculum and programs for UG. The human board of directors – who are each already thought leaders with their own research programs – would help define the mission and the priorities for the university.

5) For the course curriculum, we have already started developing different studies and courses in various departments such as peace studies, comparative cultural studies, based on a firm foundation of personal and collective conscious evolution. As our higher-dimensional advisory board has suggested, 80% of courses would be free and 20% would generate funding to support the university through tuition for advanced studies in particular topics and individual study programs. We hope that thought leaders will join us and help us to create the most appropriate mix of courses and individual study.

More detail about the cultural exchange project 1) is to create videos, like reality TV, based upon the reality that there are in fact, city-sized mothership UFOs above the atmosphere resembling the look of this image below.

We envision establishing a group of contact experts who will create a cultural exchange project that guides people in real-time via telepathic communication and channeling. This would include non-physical visits to the University Galacticus spacecraft to meet with the E.T.s. The individuals would need some ability in meditation, remote viewing, concentration or psychic ability to progress with this. We could guide them into the different areas of the ships, as described by experiencers, to meet various E.T.s such as the Greys and mantids.

These craft and E.T.s are real and this is but one of the programs of University Galacticus. This fosters communication and a boots-on-the-ground relationship with the E.T.s, to further our joint work of raising awareness about the E.T. agenda for human advancement, which is the purpose of https://www.meetup.com/preparing-for-alien-contact.

The cultural exchange project involves bringing people onto the craft as cultural ambassadors- not at a governmental level, but at a private citizen (Citizen of Earth) level. A methodology is described by Jeff Selver in his June 4, 2022 video, “When Will Humans Gain the Consciousness Abilities of Grey Aliens Part 2,” in the first seven minutes, at

We have been advised to see the movie “Arrival” to see the dramatic difference between governmental/military-level response to publicly-disclosed Contact and that of the main character of the film. She is a linguist who has a vastly different approach to building bridges with the E.T.s rather than the weapons-forward approach of Terrestrial governments. We have been told by the beings working on UG, that the book and the film script for this movie (and many others) have been channeled to bring forward important concepts to the human collective and individual consciousness. In the movie, there was mass hysteria when people saw the aliens – and this is what we need to prevent. The linguist was the fulcrum of communication to prevent hysteria. That is exactly what University Galacticus will be doing through its experiential and academic study programs: getting people with specific skills and energy signatures and telepathic abilities to connect with E.T.s at the non-confrontation vibration.

The perspective is that we can all work together- E.T.s and humans. We need people with the skill, desire and the mindset to create positive interaction with the beings around us.

There are allies we can find and work with. If you have done work relating to this or have the mindset and the heartset for it, you could join our efforts and get involved to help us in our vision for University Galacticus.

If we have a common road map to look at, that is important not only for the teachers and faculty but for the potential students we want to attract. We want good people on our team for program development, which is different studies and courses for people to take.

Brian Ruhe’s Role

Brian Ruhe is the dean. This means that he puts people together as a talent scout who finds teachers and students. Since 2015, he has put together video guests with viewers so this too was all part of his work, as dean. Brian also will do curriculum development but he’s not responsible for executing every program. He also sets the mission statement but needs the input of our advisory board to write that. Those are his deliverables.

So, that’s the concept.

We have an established system of using channeled encounters and meetings between channelers and seekers/students that create an authentic real-time experience for the student to be in and feel the reality of interacting with non-human sentient beings. We also open up connections for the student to have ongoing, internal telepathic communication with the beings they choose to interact with. Furthermore, channels like A./Betelgeuse serve as ongoing conduits to meeting and working with various entities who choose to step forward to promote the work of the University Galacticus mission.
